We ship by USPS, and will normally ship your package within 48 hours, exclusive of weekends and holidays, after receipt of valid payment.  

Doll clothing and wigs are not returnable except for incorrect item shipped.  In the unlikely event this should happen, please email us immediately and we will make it right.  We're not happy until you are happy!
